Creating a conducive learning climate is a challenge at SMPIT Syifa Fikriya Cikande due to the diverse student personalities and classroom dynamics. A qualitative approach was used to describe teacher implementation through observation, interviews, and documentation, while a quantitative approach measured the relationship between classroom management, learning climate, and student engagement through questionnaires with 34 purposive sample students. The research results show teachers effectively organizing the classroom, dividing educational time into structured stages, implementing classroom rules, and building positive interactions through praise, tutorials, and group dialogue. This results in a conducive learning climate, characterized by an orderly classroom, focused students, and harmonious cooperation. A conducive learning climate increases student engagement, evident in the courage to ask questions, respond to problems, actively participate in dialogue, and complete assignments enthusiastically. A qualitative descriptive research design was employed to explore students’ and teacher’s perceptions of the strategy. The participants consisted of eleventh-grade students and an English teacher. Data were collected through classroom observations, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The findings revealed that the Describing Picture strategy positively influenced students’ speaking skills by enhancing vocabulary development, increasing confidence, and encouraging active participation in speaking activities. The use of visual media helped students generate ideas more easily, while group work and teacher feedback reduced anxiety during oral presentations. Overall, the strategy created an engaging and supportive learning environment that facilitated students’ oral communication skills. Dalam operasionalnya, bank syariah menerapkan konsep rasio untuk menentukan proporsi keuntungan antara pemilik modal (shahibul mal) dan pengelola usaha (mudharib). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep pembagian keuntungan dan rasio dalam kontrak Mudharabah pada operasional perbankan syariah di era digital, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan.
