PENGARUH GAYA HIDUP, KEMUDAHAN, DAN KEAMANAN TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN TRANSAKSI CASHLESS (STUDI PADA GENERASI Z DI KOTA BOGOR)

Abstract

For Generation Z, digital payment methods have evolved into an inseparable element of contemporary lifestyle. This study examines the impact of lifestyle, perceived convenience, and security assurance on the adoption of cashless transactions among Generation Z residents in Bogor City. Involving 100 respondents selected based on the unknown population formula, data were gathered using Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed via SPSS version 27. The statistical findings confirm that lifestyle, convenience, and security consistently demonstrate a positive and significant influence on cashless transaction usage, both individually and collectively. These conclusions underscore that a strong technology orientation, supported by user-friendly systems and guaranteed security, serves as a primary determinant in driving the shift toward a non-cash payment ecosystem.
