CURRENT RATIO (CR), NET PROFIT MARGIN (NPM), EARNING PER SHARE (EPS) PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN PROPERTI DAN REAL ESTATE YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA (BEI) PERIODE 2020-2022

Abstract

ABSTRACT

Property and Real Estate companies are companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and are one of the most important sectors in a country that makes investors interested in investing their funds so that they become bright prospects in the future. This study aims to determine whether Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin and Earning Per Share have an influence on stock prices in property and real estate companies for the period 2020-2022. The method used in this research is causal associative using quantitative methods. The population used was 87 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Samples were taken using purposive sampling method as many as 46 companies. Based on the test results, the significant value for the Current Ratio variable is 0.462 < 1.96 and P-Values 0.644> 0.05, then the Current Ratio has no effect on stock prices. The significant value for the Net Profit Margin variable is 0.017 < 1.96 and P-Values 0.986 > 0.05, so Net Profit Margin has no effect on stock prices. The significant value for the Earning Per Share variable is 4.947> 1.96 and P-Values 0.000 < 0.05, then Earning Per Share has an influence on stock prices. For the adjusted R-Square test, it has a value of 0.261, which means 26.1%, so Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin and Earning Per Share together have no influence on stock price. It can be concluded that Current Ratio has no effect on stock prices, Net Profit Margin has no effect on stock prices, Earning Per Share has an effect on stock prices, Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin and Earning Per Share together have no effect on stock prices.
