Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data was collected through in-depth interviews, surveys, and direct observation. The results show that structured operational management has a positive effect on increasing UMKM productivity, especially in the aspects of human resource management, production planning, and technology use. However, UMKM actors face challenges in the form of limited financial resources, managerial knowledge, and access to technology.
