This study aims to analyze the efficiency of using the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) in payment transactions within the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector in Serang Regency. The research employs a quantitative approach with descriptive and associative methods. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to MSME actors who have adopted QRIS, using purposive sampling techniques. The research variables consist of QRIS usage as the independent variable and payment transaction efficiency as the dependent variable, which is measured through indicators of ease of use, transaction speed, security, transaction costs, interoperability, and transaction recording. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and simple linear regression. The results indicate that the use of QRIS among MSMEs in Serang Regency is in a good category and has a positive effect on payment transaction efficiency. MSME actors perceive that QRIS accelerates transaction processes, enhances payment security, reduces operational costs, and facilitates business financial record-keeping. The findings also reveal that QRIS provides flexibility through interoperability with various payment applications, thereby supporting the smooth implementation of cashless transactions.
